1. The AAUW International Fellowships for Women
(formerly also known as The American Association of University Women) provides International Fellowships for full-time study or research in the United States to women who are not United States citizens or permanent residents of the united state. Postgraduate and graduate studies at accredited institutions are covered. The scholarship values are $18,000 (Master’s/Professional Fellowship), $20,000 (Doctorate Fellowship) or $30,000 (Postdoctoral Fellowship).
2. The Schlumberger Foundation Faculty for the Future Fellowships for Women
The Faculty for the Future program was launched in 2004 and provided fellowships to women from emerging and developing countries to study Ph.D. or post-doctoral studies in either engineering, science, technology and math (STEM) fields at the top universities across the world. The awards are based on actual costs, up to a maximum amount of between 40,000 and $50,000 each year.
3. Margaret McNamara’s Memorial Fund to Women
The Margaret McNamara Memorial Fund (MMMF) grants women from developing and middle-income nations to enhance their education and develop the leadership and professional abilities required to improve children’s and women’s lives. The MMMF oversees the education grants program in three regions: the US/Canada, South Africa and Latin America. An MMMF grant only covers one-third of the cost of the academic year.
4. PEO International Peace Scholarship for Women
The International Peace Scholarship Fund is an organization that provides women with scholarships from other countries to study in graduate school within Canada and the United States and Canada. The maximum amount awarded per (1) academic year is $12,500. Dependent on the need. Lower amounts can be granted following individual needs.
5. UNESCO-L’Oreal Fellowships For Women in Science
Every year L’Oreal, along with UNESCO, offers fellowships to women undertaking doctoral or post-doctoral programs across various fields in the life sciences, including genetics, neurobiology, biology, ecology and biotechnology in recognized research institutions around the world. The country in which the fellowships are awarded is dependent on the Fellowships range from $15,000 to $60,000.
6. Amelia Earhart Award for women in Aerospace-related Science and Engineering
The fellowship was founded in 1938 in honor of the famous aviation pilot Zontian, Amelia Earhart; the Amelia Earhart Fellowship is awarded each year to 35 women who are pursuing Ph.D./doctoral degrees in the field of aerospace engineering or the sciences of space at any college or university that offers accredited postgraduate programs and degrees in these areas. The fellowship is worth $10,000.
7. Forte MBA Fellows Program for Women
Forte Fellows Program was created to increase the number of females who apply to and enroll in MBA programs by providing scholarships to women who pursue full-time, part-time, executive or MBA studies at the sponsoring business schools. Alongside the financial assistance offered through fellowships offered to fellows by Forte members, Fellows also gain exposure to top businesses within Forte’s network.
8. FinCAD women in Finance Scholarship Program
The FINCAD Women in Finance Scholarship Program is open to females of any age and of any nationality who are enrolled in Finance in a graduate-level program. The scholarship provides an award of $10,000.
9. Eira Francis Davies Scholars of Human and Health Sciences
The Eira Francis Davies Scholarship is available to female students located in a qualifying developing nation who are accepted to study an undergraduate or Master’s degree taught by the College of Human and Health Sciences at Swansea University. Scholarship covers the entire cost of tuition.
10. The Dorothy Marchus Senesh Fellowship for Women
The Dorothy Marchus Senesh Fellowship grants two biennial fellowships awarded to two women from developing nations to pursue studies in the field of development and peace studies in any accredited institution across the globe. The Fellowships are worth an annual amount of $5,000 over two years, which is an overall total of $10,000 per.
